East San Carlos Park

Sunny Southwest Florida is home to beautiful beaches, lovely historic sites and beautiful homes. Charlotte, Lee and Collier County define the area. San Carlos is a lovely area in between Fort Myers and Estero, Florida. Although not a metropolis, San Carlos is a lovely town, central to the surrounding areas. To make things easier, we have divided the area into subsections. This entry will go over the east section of San Carlos.

This portion of the town is closest to Three Oaks Parkway between San Carlos Boulevard and Winged Foot Drive. It also borders Phlox Drive. This area holds many homes in the area. Lee Road, Phlox Drive and San Carlos Boulevard are areas where the most houses are located.

Homes in the San Carlos area range in both price and size. There are some new construction homes, although the majority of homes are finished construction.

San Carlos is a perfect area for families and new homeowners. It is central to both Estero and Fort Myers. Located within fifteen minutes of San Carlos are an outlet mall, two other malls, dozens of restaurants, schools and much more. In fact, an elementary, middle and high school are located within fifteen minutes of the area. Also, Florida Gulf Coast University is right down the road as well.

San Carlos also has plenty of things for kids and families to do on the weekends. There are two community parks in the area where children and parents can play basketball, baseball; play on the jungle gyms and more.
